We will gladly give you a full refund for your purchase of HILARY'S BLEND products if you return the product to us within 30 days of purchase in its original condition (re-sellable, un-opened jars). Note: shipping charges are non-refundable. However, we will refund your full shipping costs if you are returning an order because of an error on our part, or because the product arrived damaged. Because we cannot re-sell returned books, there are no refunds on books purchases. However, if the book arrived damaged, we will replace the book at our cost (including shipping charges) with an undamaged copy. Please notify us of damages within 30 days of purchase.
